Enjoy the bounty of Mie's sea. How seasonal seafood menus are created
Share
At Suzunone Kitchen, we offer seasonal dishes made with fresh seafood from Mie's bountiful seas. Fresh fish arrives early in the morning from the fishing ports of Shima and Toba, and is carefully prepared by local fishermen using line-caught catches. We place great importance on bringing the beauty of the ingredients caught in the sea right in front of us directly to the plate.
Our recommendation for this season is "Steamed Red Sea Bream and Clams in White Wine." It's a simple yet flavorful dish, with the aroma of the sea and the sweetness of the seafood gently spreading throughout your mouth. Finishing touches include a drizzle of Matsusaka olive oil, adding a gentle richness to the dish.
Suzunooto style pays particular attention to the preparation and cooking of fish, bringing out the natural flavor of the ingredients without adding unnecessary seasoning. Chefs and fishermen are connected by trust, bringing the "breath of the sea" to the dining table.

In the shop where bells clang, you can enjoy the bounty of Mie's ocean and feel the gentle scent of the sea that will clear your mind.
