With the arrival of spring, Suzunone Kitchen has launched a new seasonal menu.
This year's theme is "Color and Gentleness." We offer dishes that evoke the scent of spring, centered around vegetables picked that morning from contracted farmers in the Matsusaka area.

Our recommendation is the "Spring Vegetable and Sakura Shrimp Peperoncino." The green of the asparagus and rape blossoms and the pink of the sakura shrimp are a visual delight, and the subtle scent of yuzu in the olive oil brings out the lightness of spring. Other seasonal flavors available include the gently sweet "New Potage" and the "Strawberry and Milk Mousse" for dessert.

The dishes at Suzunone Kitchen are made using the gentle flavors of local ingredients, and are finished in a way that is somehow nostalgic and comforting. Outside the window, you can hear the chirping of birds and the sound of bells clanging on a calm afternoon. In the spring light, enjoy a meal that will warm your body and soul.
