A place where customer smiles are born. A day in a small kitchen

As the morning light pours in, a day begins quietly at Suzunooto Kitchen. Inside the store, you'll hear the sound of soup simmering, the aroma of freshly baked bread, and the clang of small bells. The staff greet each other with smiles and "Good morning," creating a warm atmosphere.

Mornings are preparation time. Fresh vegetables delivered from contracted farmers are washed and carefully cut. During lunchtime in the afternoon, the small restaurant becomes lively with regulars and tourists. Every time a dish is brought out, we hear exclamations of "Wow, what a nice aroma" and "This is delicious!", which warms our hearts.

After closing, we prepare for the next day and have a short debriefing session. Sometimes ideas for new menu items are born. It may be a small kitchen, but it is filled with the hands and passion of many people.

The smiles of our customers who say, "I want to come again" are what motivates us. Today is another day like this, with the gentle sound of bells ringing out.
